Are the assistants people?

No. They’re AI assistants. They use AI and the information you approve to handle selected routine conversations and tasks, and they pass the conversation to you when a person is needed.

Do I need the Website & Follow-Up package?

Yes. Assistants are add-ons to the $999 setup + $149/month Website & Follow-Up package, which includes the contact list, pipeline, and calendar they work with. There’s no separate lead-management subscription to add.

What will I pay in total?

For a new customer, the total is the core package plus the assistant. For example, the Phone Answering Assistant is $1,998 setup + $448/month in total. If you already have the core package, you pay only the assistant’s add-on price, and your $149/month continues. Usage charges may be extra.

What costs extra?

Calls, texts, emails, and assistant usage may cost extra. We explain any charges that apply before you add an assistant. Phone numbers and text-message registration apply only to assistants that use those channels.

What happens when an assistant can’t help?

It passes the conversation to you or your team. Depending on the assistant, that means transferring the call, taking a message, or alerting you.

How do you set up an assistant?

We set it up using information you approve, agree when it should hand the conversation to you, and test it with you before it goes live.

Will an assistant replace a staff member?

Do you guarantee results?
